How to use

Setup

Position panel against a wall or use the included stand. Stand or sit 15-30cm (6-12 inches) from the panel for direct light exposure. For full-body coverage, position panel vertically and stand in front of it. For targeted treatment, position panel horizontally near the area you want to focus on.

Session Protocol

Step 1 — Clean, dry skin. Remove clothing covering the treatment area. For best penetration, direct skin exposure to the LEDs.

Step 2 — Position yourself. 15-30cm from the panel. Closer = more intense. Further = gentler.

Step 3 — Wear LED protective glasses. Included in the package. Always wear during full panel sessions.

Step 4 — Start the timer. Use the included remote to start. Default 10-20 minute session.

Step 5 — Relax. Read, meditate, listen to a podcast. The panel works while you do anything else (with glasses on).

Step 6 — Hydrate after. LED therapy supports cellular processes — adequate hydration matters.
