How to Use

Your 10-minute Crown Ritual (2–3 times per week — never daily):

Step 1 — Cleanse Wash your face thoroughly. Pat dry.

Step 2 — PREP — Critical Step Apply a thin layer of lotion, light moisturizer, or a sheet mask to your face.

⚠️ Important note: This device works best with lotion or sheet masks, NOT thick gels. Thick conductive gels may interfere with the device's contact sensor. If your buzzer doesn't sound, switch to a lighter lotion product.

Step 3 — Power On & Choose Your Mode Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Press to cycle through modes:

  • 🌹 RF Mode — for firming and radiance days
  • 💎 EMS Mode — for lifting and contouring days
  • ✨ Double Care Mode — for full synergy (use 1x per week max)

Step 4 — Set Intensity Press the +/− button. Always start at Level 1 for first 3 sessions. Build to Level 2 if comfortable. Level 3 only after 2+ weeks of consistent use.

Step 5 — Glide (10 minutes total) Move slowly — 3-5 seconds in each spot, then move on. Always glide upward and outward, never downward.

  • Forehead (90 sec): From brow toward hairline
  • Cheeks (90 sec each side): From nose toward ears, upward angles
  • Jawline (60 sec each side): From chin upward toward ears
  • Neck (60 sec each side): From collarbone upward
  • Décolletage (60 sec): Long upward strokes

Step 6 — Lock In Power off. If using a sheet mask, leave it on for the recommended time. Apply your serum and moisturizer to seal in benefits. Apply SPF 30+ if it's daytime — newly treated skin is more UV-vulnerable.

Frequency:

  • RF Mode or EMS Mode: 2–3 times per week
  • Double Care Mode: 1 time per week maximum
  • Never daily — the skin needs recovery time between sessions

CARE & MAINTENANCE

After every use:
Wipe both 24K gold heads with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Dry immediately with a clean cloth. The IPX6 rating means moisture is fine, but extended water exposure isn't.
Weekly:
A drop of mild soap on a damp cloth, gently cleaning the gold heads — then immediately dried. This preserves the gold plating and contact sensitivity.
24K gold plating care:

Never use abrasive cloths, scrub pads, or hard brushes
Never use alcohol wipes (they degrade gold over time)
Never use jewelry cleaner — it can damage the underlying contact points
A microfiber cloth is ideal

Storage:

Always store in the velvet pouch
Keep away from direct sunlight (LED preservation)
Avoid bathroom storage long-term (humidity)
Make sure device is fully dry before pouch storage

Charging:

First charge: 3 hours for full calibration
Regular charging: ~2 hours
Use only the supplied USB cable
Do not charge with wet hands
Do not charge in damp environments
Cannot operate while charging — disconnect before use

Battery health tip:
For longest life, recharge when battery indicator shows ~20%. Once a month, allow full discharge then full recharge for calibration.
What to avoid:

Never submerge fully in water (IPX6 = splash and wipe-resistant, not submersible)
Never use in the shower
Never drop the device — gold plating can dent or chip
Never use with thick gel formulas (interferes with contact sensor)
Never use with metal-based skincare (some firming serums contain metallic minerals — check labels)

Do not use if you:

  • Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any implanted electronic device (critical — RF and EMS can interfere)
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding (consult your physician)
  • Have a history of epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Have severe heart conditions or cardiac arrhythmia
  • Have a current or recent diagnosis of cancer (especially skin cancer or facial tumors)
  • Have metal implants, plates, dental implants near treatment areas, or facial piercings (remove piercings before use)
  • Have active inflammatory skin conditions: cystic acne, severe rosacea, eczema, psoriasis flare
  • Have open wounds, sunburn, or broken skin in the treatment area
  • Have severely sensitive skin or known photosensitivity disorders

Wait before using if you have recently:

  • Had Botox or dermal fillers (wait 2 weeks minimum)
  • Had laser treatments, chemical peels, or microneedling (wait 7–10 days)
  • Used retinol, retinoids, AHAs, or BHAs (wait 24 hours)
  • Sustained sunburn — wait until skin fully recovers

Critical use rules:

  • Always start at Intensity Level 1 for the first 3 sessions
  • Never use daily — skin requires recovery time between sessions

Avoid these areas entirely:

  • Eyelids and direct eye area
  • Lips
  • Front of throat (over thyroid)
  • Over moles, raised birthmarks, or skin lesions
  • Anywhere with metal implants

Sensation guidance:

  • A gentle warming sensation during RF mode is normal and intentional
  • A mild tingling during EMS mode is normal — it's the muscles activating
  • Mild pinkness immediately after use is normal (fades within 1–2 hours)
  • Stop immediately if you experience: burning, sharp pain, dizziness, headache, persistent redness, or skin sensitivity

General safety:

  • Do not share with others (hygiene)
  • Do not use while charging
  • Keep away from children
  • Not intended for use under 18
