How to Use

Your Evening LumiBack Ritual

Step 1 — Position the Belt
Place the belt around your lower back. The warming LED contact zone should sit on the lumbar area (between ribcage and top of hips).

Step 2 — Add Aromatherapy (Spa Edition)
Open the fabric pouch. Add a small amount of dried lavender, eucalyptus, chamomile, or other aromatic herbs. Close the pouch. Position so the pouch sits against your lower back.

Step 3 — Secure the Straps
Adjust the elastic straps for snug, comfortable fit. Snug enough that the belt stays in position; not so tight that it restricts breathing.

Step 4 — Power On
Press the power button on the digital display. Default settings: Level 1 warmth, no vibration, 30-minute timer.

Step 5 — Set Warmth Level
Press warmth button to cycle Levels 1-3. First-time users: stay at Level 1 for first 2-3 sessions.

Step 6 — Optional: Activate Vibration
Press vibration button to cycle three intensity levels. Optional — many users prefer warmth alone.
