How to Use

Your 15-20 Minute LED Ritual

Step 1 — Prepare Your Space
Plug the panel into a wall outlet (USB-C port on the lower left side). Position the panel using the adjustable stand — at face level for face treatment, or in front of your body for body coverage.

Step 2 — Put on Protective Glasses
Always wear the included protective glasses before turning on the panel. Never look directly into the LEDs.

Step 3 — Power On
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The display lights up. Default setting: R+IR mode (combined wavelengths), Brightness P1, 20 minutes.

Step 4 — Choose Your Mode
Press the Mode button to cycle:

• R = 660nm only (surface skin focus)
• IR = 850nm only (deeper applications)
• R+IR = both simultaneously (default — most versatile)

Step 5 — Set Brightness Level
Press the Intensity button to cycle P1 → P2 → P3 → P4. First-time users: stay at P1 for first 2-3 sessions to gauge tolerance.

Step 6 — Set Timer
Press the Time button to choose 5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes. We recommend starting with 10-15 minutes.

Step 7 — Add Pulse Mode (Optional)
Tap the power button briefly to activate 10Hz pulse mode. Tap again for 40Hz. Skip pulse for continuous light.

Step 8 — Position 6-18 Inches from Skin
Closer for higher intensity (still within tolerance). Farther for gentler effect. Adjust as comfortable.

Step 9 — Relax
Read. Meditate. Breathe. Let the session work.

Step 10 — Auto-Shutoff or Manual Off
The panel auto-shuts off at session end. Or hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off manually.

Frequency

• Daily use is fine at lower brightness levels (P1-P2)
• Higher intensities (P3-P4): 3-5 times per week with rest days
• Maximum single session: 30 minutes (auto-shutoff enforces)
• Do not use in the same body area continuously longer than 30 minutes

What to Expect

• Immediate (post-session): warm, slightly flushed glow. Calm relaxation.
• 3-4 weeks consistent use: some users notice initial skin texture changes.
• 8-12 weeks: more pronounced individual changes for those who maintain consistency.
• Results vary by individual. Sleep, hydration, sun protection, and overall wellness routine matter more than any single device.

Pro Tip From Our Atelier

Apply a hyaluronic acid serum to clean skin BEFORE your LED session. The gentle warming helps the serum absorb deeper. Seal with face oil afterward.

• Have a light-sensitivity condition such as Lupus, light-induced migraines, certain forms of eczema, albinism, or rosacea
• Take photosensitizing medications (some antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, certain allergy medications) — consult your physician
• Have known sensitivity to red light or near-infrared light
• Are under 18 years old

Pulse mode warning:

10Hz and 40Hz pulse therapy modes involve rapid light flashing that may affect users susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy. If you or anyone in your household has ever experienced symptoms related to epilepsy (seizures or loss of consciousness when exposed to flashing lights), consult your physician before using pulse modes.

If you experience dizziness, blurred vision, eye twitching, muscle twitching, disorientation, involuntary movements, or any unusual sensation while using pulse mode, stop immediately and consult your physician.

Critical use rules:

• Always wear the included protective glasses during every session
• Never look directly into the LEDs while the panel is on
• Never use the panel over your eyes or face without protective eyewear
• Always start at the lowest brightness (P1) for first 2-3 sessions
• Do not use in the same area continuously for more than 30 minutes
• Do not use while bathing or showering
• Keep liquids away from the panel
• Use only the supplied USB-C cable and standard wall outlets
• Always inspect the panel and cable for damage before each use
• Do not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device
• Discontinue immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, persistent redness, or skin irritation
• Keep away from children and infants

Care & Maintenance

After Each Use

Power off the panel and unplug the USB-C cable from the wall. Allow the panel to cool for 10 minutes before storing or cleaning.

Cleaning

• Wipe the LED surface with a soft, dry cloth only
• Wipe the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth if needed
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh detergents
• Do not allow water or any liquid to contact the panel surface
• Do not immerse any part of the panel in water

Storage

• Store in the original box if possible — fold the panel using the foldable design
• Disconnect the USB-C cable before storage
• Store in a cool, dry, indoor location
• Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments
• Do not place objects on top of the panel
• Protective glasses: store in soft case (included) to prevent scratches
