How to use

1. Connect the Type-C cable from the power adapter to the device, then plug into an outlet. The cap will beep once to confirm power.
2. Power on with a press-and-hold of over 1 second.
3. Choose your mode with a short press: Continuous, 10Hz pulsed, or 40Hz pulsed.
4. Wear it comfortably for the 20-minute session.
5. Session complete: the device beeps 5 times and shuts off automatically. Restart for another session.
