2. Lie down and position your lower back centered on the device
3. Press the power button on the remote control
4. Select your preferred mode (M1, M2, or M3)
5. Adjust inflation height using the push up/down buttons (10% → 50% → 100%)
6. Set vibration gear and pulse intensity to your comfort level
7. Session complete — press power to deflate and power off
8. Use once daily or as needed
