How to Use

Position the LumiPanel Slim on a stable flat surface and adjust the stand to your preferred height

Set the panel at a comfortable distance from the target area

Power on and set your preferred timer

Relax in a comfortable position — face, back, abdomen, or legs toward the panel

Do not look directly into the panel during use — close eyes or use protective eyewear

The device will automatically power off when the timer ends

Recommended use: 10–20 minutes per session, 2–5 times per week
