How to Use

1. Place the wrap on a flat surface and plug it in.
2. Slide both feet inside and zip up for a snug, enclosed fit.
3. Power on, choose your comfort level, and set the timer (5–30 minutes).

5. The device shuts off automatically when the timer ends.
