Your weekly Polish Ritual (7 minutes — once or twice per week, never daily):

Step 1 — Cleanse Wash your face thoroughly with your regular cleanser. Pat damp.

Step 2 — PREP — Critical Step Your skin must stay wet during use. Mist your face with water, apply a hydrating toner, or use a thin layer of aloe gel or hyaluronic acid serum. Dry skin = friction = irritation. This is non-negotiable.

Step 3 — Power On Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Press once to cycle to Cleanse Mode.

Step 4 — Polish (3–4 minutes)

Hold the spatula at a 45° angle (sharp edge tilted toward your skin, but not perpendicular)
Glide slowly upward and outward — never downward
Cheeks: from nose toward ears
Forehead: from brows toward hairline
Jawline: from chin upward toward ears
Around nose: gentle small strokes — this is where you'll see the most lift
Re-mist any area that dries out during the session
Avoid the under-eye area, eyelids, and lips entirely

Step 5 — Wipe & Apply Serum Wipe the spatula clean with a tissue. Apply your favorite serum generously — vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, peptides, or your treatment essence.

Step 6 — Infuse Mode (2 minutes) Press the power button to switch to Infuse Mode (pulsing). Glide the spatula flat against the skin (not at angle) over the serum-applied areas. The pulsing waves help drive the serum deeper.

Step 7 — Lock In Press to switch to ION+ Mode. Apply your moisturizer. Glide one final time to lock active ingredients in.

Step 8 — Finish Power off. Apply SPF if it's morning. Sleep mask if it's evening.

Frequency: 1–2 times per week maximum. Daily use causes barrier damage and over-exfoliation.

First-time recommendation: Start with one session per week for the first month. Build to twice weekly only if your skin tolerates it well.

After every use:

Wipe the metal spatula head with a clean, soft cloth
For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth with warm water and a drop of mild soap, then wipe thoroughly
Dry the spatula immediately — do not let water sit on the metal
Wipe the body of the device with a dry cloth

What to avoid:

Never submerge the device in water — at all
Never run under tap water (the device says "wet face" not "wet device")
Never use abrasive cleaners, alcohol wipes, or harsh chemicals
Never use in the shower or near a running tap
Never store while damp — moisture trapped in the body damages internals
Don't drop the device — the spatula edge can chip

Weekly:
Once a week, sterilize the spatula head by wiping with an alcohol-free disinfecting wipe or a cotton pad lightly dampened with diluted antiseptic solution (not on the device body — only on the metal spatula). Air-dry fully.
Storage:

Store in the velvet pouch in a cool, dry place
Avoid bathroom storage long-term (humidity)
Make sure the device is fully dry before storing
Keep silicone heads in a clean, dry compartment

Charging:

First charge: 2–5 hours (initial battery calibration)
Regular charging: ~2 hours
Use only the supplied USB cable
Important: the device cannot operate while charging — disconnect before use
Never charge with wet hands or in a humid environment

Battery health tip:
For longest life, avoid letting the battery drain to 0%. Recharge when the indicator shows low (~20%). Once a month, allow a full discharge then full charge for calibration.

Do not use if you:

Have active acne flare-ups, cystic acne, or rosacea in active phase
Have open wounds, sunburn, or broken skin in the treatment area
Have eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis flares on the face
Have metal facial implants, plates, or pins
Have a recent diagnosis of skin cancer or suspicious moles
Have severe couperose (broken capillaries) — ultrasonic can worsen them

Wait before using if you have recently:

Had Botox, fillers, or other injectables (wait 2 weeks minimum)
Received a chemical peel, laser treatment, or microdermabrasion (wait 7–10 days)
Used retinol, retinoids, AHAs, or BHAs (wait 24–48 hours)
Had professional extractions

Critical use rules:

Always keep skin wet during use — this is required for both safety and function. Friction on dry skin causes barrier damage.
Never use more than 2x per week — over-exfoliation causes redness, sensitivity, and barrier compromise
Never use under the eyes, on eyelids, or on lips — skin is too thin
Do not press hard — let the device do the work
Do not linger more than 3–5 seconds in any one spot
Always glide upward and outward, never downward (gravity-fighting motion)
Apply SPF 30+ daily after use — newly polished skin is more vulnerable to UV damage

General safety:

Stop immediately if you experience pain, persistent redness, burning, or skin sensitivity
Mild pinkness immediately after use is normal and fades within 30 minutes
Persistent redness over 24 hours = reduce frequency or check for over-exfoliation
Do not share with others (hygiene)
Do not use while charging
Keep away from children
