Your 15-Minute Joint Ritual
Step 1 — Choose Your Area
Decide which joint needs attention today — knee, shoulder, or elbow.
Step 2 — Wrap Securely
Position the wrap around the joint. Adjust the closure for snug, comfortable contact. The wrap should be secure but not constricting.
Step 3 — Power On
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
Step 4 — Connect the App (Optional but Recommended)
